National Margarita Day is Friday February 22nd and thankfully we have four stellar ways to quench your thirst this week-end! You can order them blended or on the rocks, but salt, lime and tequila reign supreme in this perennially popular cocktail. Hecho en Oak Park offers a refreshing margarita to celebrate National Margarita Day!

The Heritage, in Forest Park, is putting a twist on their classic Something & Tonic cocktail, the Something & Tonic Margarita ($11); this drink will be offered all week.
Bonus! The Heritage shared their recipe for this gorgeous riff on a margarita!
Ingredients:
- .75 oz. Piedra Azul Blanco Tequila
- .75 oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
- .75 oz. Fresh lime juice
- .5 oz. Orange liqueur
- .25 oz. Simple syrup
- .25 oz. Benedictine
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Rim 1/3 of Coupe glass with salt. Strain cocktail into Coupe glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
