Lexington Betty, operating since 2016, is typically a food-truck/catering-only operation, but that all changes on Sunday, February 10th. Head to their kitchens at 6954 W North Ave (Chicago) between 1-7pm for a pop up event designed to allow you to get your hands on some of Betty's best dishes.
"I like to describe our food as southern American cuisine with Chicago culture:" says Lexington Betty, owner Dominique Leach, "I know we have the best rib tips in Chicago and according to our reviews the brisket and macaroni are a must try!"
Just $10 will get you a brisket entree with brioche roll and choice of side and $14 will get you a smoked chicken and rib entree. If you like what you have for dinner on Sunday you can hire Lexington Betty cater your next private or corporate event.
